The Command
Microtron AI is led by a command team that pairs visionary direction with deep operational and technical expertise. At the helm is Founder and CEO Bisa Peterson, whose human-centric design philosophy shapes the company's mission to build sovereign AI that amplifies rather than replaces human experience. She is joined by Co-Founder and CSO Dr. Timothy Weil, who drives operational execution across the organization, and CTO Parker Bidigare, who leads the engineering and architecture behind Microtron's interconnected AI and spatial computing products. CFO Jeff Meiskin oversees the company's financial strategy and fiscal health, while CCO Delores Peterson Parker guides creative direction across the organization. Wilshem Pennick, Director of Government & Defense Affairs, manages the company's public-sector and defense relationships, and CMO Zach Roberts directs brand strategy and market positioning.
